These birds were found in the dry forest of Queensland. Hard to locate in the trees with the same basic color.

Great Bowerbird - Chlamydera nuchalis

The last image shows it´s Bachelor bower pad, beautifully decorated, where he dances to impress the female. But of course we did not see him dance.

Dusky_Myzomela - Myzomela obscura

These birds maked me crazy. So hard to ID. I think and hope this is the same bird on all images. But there was also Brown Honeyeater present. And hard to catch really as they moved around quickly in the Albizia silk tree among those beautiful flowers.  

If I´m wrong, please let me know.

At Mt Molloy

I never saw this one up close but it was a gem in flight. A golden bird travelling. The images was taken from quite a distance. Just happy I got them at all. And able to identify them.
