This could be mistaken  for Yellow-spotted or  Lewin's  Honeyeater, see article HERE
The thin bill and the distance between the yellow markings makes me think this is Graceful. 
Not sure about the flowers it sit on.

  2. Such a beautiful bird. Can't remember ever seeing one here in Tasmania. But then again I'm not a bird expert & don't know what a lot of birds I see are.
