Visiting a wetland in Queensland

 Late afternoon we visited this wetland. Many different birds and a cow. :) There are some cranes, I believe they are Sarus crane. And then herons and egrets.

Brolga - Grus rubicunda

This seems to be a mixed group with Brolga and Sarus Crane

Brolga - Grus rubicunda

The main difference between the two seem to be the coloring in the head. Brolga is a common crane in Queensland.

Sarus Crane - Grus antigone

This is a usually common crane in Queensland. There should also be 4 of the rare Brolga crane but I am unable to single them out on my images. :(
