These birds were sleeping during the day. They did not move at all from morning to late afternoon. :)

  7. I've never seen, or even heard of these birds. I agree with Lavender Dreamer that they look rather like lizards. Amazing to see! Thank you! (I'm not sure if you saw them near your home or whether you travelled to see them.)
