Red-browed Firetail - Neochmia temporalis

This is a beautiful and nice little bird often seen in large groups. This day we saw 10 of them. They reminded me of a bird I saw in Honolulu in 2013, the Common waxbill. You often see them foraging in the grass. And you notice them because of the red markings.
